A five star property with Green Globe’s flaged. Excellent property with warm hospitality. A huge lobby and brilliant decoration. The lobby is also decorated with artwork. Very good location. Hotel back yard has forest. It means pure oxygen! Large size rooms wtih zero plastic items. Unworn out room metariels. Excellent Spa venue, huge and well-designed. Very clean rooms and hotel area. Wide breakfast and rich buffet. Not cheap product selection. Restaurant has good menu and warm waitress who met me. Just a few things are make me surprise to see, one of very poor minibar and filtered water tea at the lobby bar! Tea test was terrible. Beside that, has no free vip when you book a room from Booking.com such a welcome cookies etc..I hope, F&B Manager can review it. I would like to special thanks to GM who conduct the hotel successfully and I also special thanks to Receptionist Miss. Derya who check in me and who check out me ( I forget that lady’s name, I am sorry ). And special thanks to Miss. Gozde (Reservation). I also thanks to Spa Receptionist clerk and whole staffs.

This hotel is very unique in nature and if you are looking for a relaxing few days away this is the place to be. Its all about taking care of yourself with the vast amount of options such as indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa that includes the thermal pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge, steam room and the list goes on. It does not also stop here as taking care of yourself also includes good food and this hotel definitely hits the high bar for me. The breakfast spread is generous with many healthy and homemade options. The hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner 'People' serves high quality food with a fantastic view.

The calm and clean vibe of the hotel is ver nice. The prices are normal-ish for room service and the restaurant. The restaurant for dinner gets very busy buy the portions are large and enjoyable. The breakfast is very good.

The hotel the staff are so friendly and feel like home, most of the speak english. Every thing is nice and perfect except the kids club was old, not clean, and most to the toys are damage, i wish to make for the kids more space. We try The People restaurant the food, view and the staff was more than perfect.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever seen. The interior designs are on top. It has everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. It's situated on a hill, so if you're a traveller without a car maybe it's better to take a taxi. I went there by foot. It's feasible but a bit tiring.
